Return and Refund 

If you don’t receive your order within 60 days (90 days for deliveries to Russia), you can contact us at [email protected] and submit a refund request. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  3. The shipping fee and handling fee.


Contact us within seven (7) days of original date of delivery. Items exchanged will be inspected upon receipt. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable and the buyer should be responsible for all the charge of returning and reshipping. All return items must be in their original conditions, including box and accessories. Any item that has been worn, torn, broken, scratched or otherwise damaged is not eligible.

Damaged or defective item(s)

If your item(s) is delivered to you damaged or defective or significantly low quality, please contact us at [email protected]. It will be appreciated if you show us the photos or videos. You will then receive a refund. The return shipping fee will be paid by you. Or you can choose to keep the product and agree a partial refund with us.
